I love Medical Hill the social worker Will is amazing he takes care of your needs and is such a blessing also Treasure which is one of the CNAs is a great hard worker and takes pride in her patients if you are looking for a great skilled nursing facility for your family this place is definitely the place.

My father in law unfortunately suffered from a brain stroke and was told he would never walk again. With the help of Medical Hill my father in law is walking again and getting his speech back with amazing speech therapist Kaylin. Special shout out to Will Tenzin lodoe, John Ouche all a wonderful team who love their job and helped my father in law walks, talks, and overall gaining his independence back thanks to the team of Medical Hill! Highly recommend this place they truly care about their patients!!!

This place is wonderful! My father has a massive brain stroke in January. They have been so kind, helpful, and patient with assisting my father in learning his independence skills. Their services is beyond on 5 stars! I am truly grateful for all the support and services! They been helping my father learn how to walk, talk, and use the bathroom! My dad was left in his own poop! They put a diaper on him and then took 30 minutes to get to him. No one was around to answer questions or give him water. This place does no feel safe.

Medical Hill should receive a negative 0. This is one of the worst places I have seen by far. They want the patients to poop on themselves instead of using the toilet no bed pans available on the weekends.The patients complain of the staff at night party all night long and the staff in the daytime do NOT communicate whatsoever. They have moved men into the room with women which is totally outrageous. If you care about your loved ones do NOT send them to this HELLHOLE

I do not know how this place is showing any good ratings. I am emotionally drained from witnessing the poor care and neglect given to my cousin. Additionally, the treatment given to me when I was advocating for my cousin to be moved back to the hospital was a catastrophe altogether. The administrative staff even threatened to call the police and have me removed when I was vocal in expressing they were not providing the proper treatment she needed.
