This facility has the best rehab in town. The therapists make the exercises fun and are very motivating. The nursing staff really care and make you feel at home. It's a great place to get back on track after being in the hospital.

The staff was caring and the pt/ot/speech therapists were right on target. The facility was clean and the activity director works to keep everyone involved and busy.

I fractured my pelvis December 19. I was unable to stand or walk & was taken to Boone Health in extreme pain. I received excellent care there, but my doctors told me I could not go home from there and would need additional care and therapy. I went to Columbia Post Acute after speaking with my doctors & nurses. I was taken there & my first experience with their staff was excellent. Our mother was there for 4 and a half months, was treated like a Queen. The staff went above and beyond to meet her every need. The place is amazing. we could not be more pleased. Very clean, very pretty. Just overall a wonderful facility.

Great place to receive nursing and rehabilitation care! The staff was friendly and responsive to my needs. I was there for about 6 weeks. I've been in two other nursing homes in the past because of health issues and Columbia Post Acute is awesome - the cream of the crop in my opinion. The food was good also.

My mother-in-law went into Columbia Post Acute from the hospital. She was unable to walk and in a great deal of pain. She used to walk at a snail's pace, but after being there for a month, she walks and moves better than she has in years -- including getting in and out of a car. She thought it was a miracle, but my daughter told her, "No, Grandma, it's physical therapy." The staff was very friendly, attentive, and were ready to answer any questions when we called. my father is dying because of the care at this facility. on hospice and they will not even give him pain meds to keep him pain free. they need to be turned into the state.

The month I was at Columbia Post Acute was the worst month in my 67 years! The food was horrible. The best meal of the day was generic rice crispies cereal! The bed was horrible. Only got 3 showers in a month. The "therapy" was a joke. And the speech therapist, Shannon, was a real bitch. I know everyone is short handed lately, but when you push the call button for 2 hours to use the restroom, I had nothing to do but pull myself off the bed and pee on the floor!
