I can't say enough good things about Mission Valley Post Acute. My 89-year-old mom was admitted after breaking her hip, and from day one the experience has been wonderful. Kimberly in admissions was incredibly helpful getting us started. Bambi (Director of RN) and Tammy (lead RN) have gone above and beyond helping coordinate my mom's discharge, along with Eric, the social worker, who's made a stressful process so much easier. Very good nurses . Clean facility . They took care of my dad for 4 months . The nurses were very kind to my dad . The physical therapist helped my dad walked faster after his broken hip surgery .

Both of my parents are long-term residents here after first coming for rehab. Making the decision to place them in care was not easy, but I truly feel I've made the right choice. I didn't have the ability to care for them safely at home, and I'm so grateful this facility was able to keep them. Ij was a patient here or almost 2 months. The care i received was exceptional. I cannot say enough about the physical therapy. Hazel., Shea & there team are all really experienced and helped me a great deal. My cna's Blanca, "bunny", Mae, Mandy & the rest of the crew were great. Very clean & food was really good. Go here for got pt! All machines are thoroughly cleaned after each use. Shout out to Hesh, Kim, Kimberly and all the staff were so good to me. I've had the opportunity to work closely with the team at Mission Valley Post Acute, and I'm consistently impressed by their professionalism and dedication to resident care. The staff truly goes above and beyond, and it shows in the atmosphere of the facility and the way residents are treated. A great place with great people.

I have only been here a few hours and I have only good things to say about my experience here. My CNA Frida is very pleasant and has been so helpful and knowledgeable of the operations of this facility. I am great full for all of her help!
