Facility is clean and smells good! The care was good. Activities was fun for my Mom. She liked the food. My Mom got a nice view from her room
Thankful for choosing this place for my Dad. He had a fracture that enabled him from going home. The admission process with Kimberly and Eric was smooth. The nursing care was good, and the therapy was also great. I have to say I am most impressed with the food they provided my Dad with. Although I couldn't get pics of everything these were a few of my favorites. I had stopped by for a later in the day visit and the Kitchen manager asked if I wanted a salad too (per my dads request) and I was so impressed.
My Mom was at this facility for 7 weeks. Very clean and very friendly staff! I enjoyed watching my Mom get better. They offer my Mom 6 days of therap! They have brand new tv in the rooms to watch Netflix and Hulu which was nice. The kitchen made my Mom special salads which were so good and yummy! Thank you Mission Valley for everything
My Mom was at this facility for 7 weeks. Nursing care was great. Physical therapy was great with my Mom. Rooms are being remodeled which was nice. I liked the vibe when we would come in to visit. Always had good energy in there! Thank you Mission Valley
Facility was great! staff was very nice and listened when my Grandma would speak. Wound care nurse was also great and appreciated.
My grandma stayed at Mission valley for 4 weeks. I was happy with the care that was provided. The therapy was also good. Definitely would recommend.
When my dad was staying there and he had trouble breathing my mom had called the staff over to take a look at him and they all said he was fine. All but one had decided to call Kaiser and suggested to bring him back to Kaiser. Luckily we managed to bring him in. My dad ended up being in critical condition had to be in ICU for a day or 2. Don't think they did a good job caring for my dad. Well, where should I start. I am happy with some of the staff and some definitely should not be working there. On Thursday August 29, after 11pm. I got a phone call from a young girl working graveyard shift. Her last name is Kaur, I forgot her first name. Anyways, she told me that the lap work came back for my mother. Her ammonia level was 221, anything 75 or more has to go to the emergency room. She does have cirrhosis.
