I had the opportunity to observe and interact with staff at Marysville for 3 month and my experience was nothing short of wonderful. This facility reflects a caring environment with dedicated staff The facility itself was well organized, and structured in a way that supports resident safety and comfort. The leadership at this facility plays a key role in maintaining a culture of respect, efficiency, and high-quality care.

I would highly recommend sending loved ones to this facility! The care is amazing, the service the workers give is great! The people in the business office are very informative, helpful, super kind! My grandma loved her stay and said she was treated with great care. I had absolutely no problems here!!

The staff was incredibly welcoming and professional. The doctor took time to listen and explain everything clearly. The care my mother received was incredible. They always kept her clean and she never smelled bad. When I used to come in the doctors and physical therapist were super nice and helpful. When I took her home with me she was already in great care.The office was clean, organized, and very efficient. Highly recommend!

I highly recommend Marysville Post-Acute in Marysville, CA for the following reasons and certainly not limited to: 1) Extremely knowledgeable and professional staff throughout the entire facility. 2) The care that a person receives whether it be long or short term, every individual is treated with respect, understanding and kindness. I, myself, miss many staff, nurses, and caregivers. I truly feel that my purpose there was to get back to my normalcy of life and to improve my life going forward. My mother recently stayed at this facility. She has been at many others which had better reviews.I am her son and walk through the different facilities some with five stars. My first impression of Marysville was that it was very clean and smelled pleasant. The house doctor was better than all the other facilities. The RN,S were better than the other facilities. The administrators were pleasant as well. Physical Therapy was great. Special thanks to CNAs Arneet T. And Jerimiah W. Who were five stars everyday.

Update - my brother had a meeting with the staff and was informed of the action plan working towards my mother's recovery. He was assured that her meals were now being tightly monitored, but was told not to be alarmed if her blood glucose levels are in the 200s because they will be controlled via insulin. Additionally, the call light has been fixed and a CNA or nurse promptly answers the call light when we press it for help. The staff also regularly checks on my mother's needs without us asking. My mother stayed at Marysville Post-Acute just recently. I was hesitant in the beginning due to others opinions and reviews. The building itself is a little outdated. All of that aside- the facility is kept very clean, I did not meet even one employee that wasn't nice. These people go above and beyond for their patients and families. My wife entered the facility because of a broken leg. The reason she was not able to return home from the hospital was because of other health reasons. She has MS, spinal stenosis, peptic ulcer, and other health issues. She is wheelchair bound and needs considerable care. The therapy staff is wonderful. they worked with her almost every day, (including weekends when therapist were available). The daytime CNAs were very good and became friends.
