I should of wrote a review a long time ago. My family member was in this place a year ago. Please do not leave anyone you love in there alone! It is not safe! Patients were ignored when they were soiled, in pain and hungry. A nurse gave insulin to my relative without cleaning the area. Found my relatives lower body packed with feces. They had just put on clean garments when I noticed that they smelled. Put on a new diaper without cleaning, but I had to insist that they wash and put on fresh clothing. My mother was taken to this facility out of Ride-out for rehab. She was in facility for about 60 days under her insurance. Then I was called and threatened to pick my mother up ASAP becuase Rehab is over and insurance wont be paying anymore. I was told they will call police and have me arrested? I said my mother is bed ridden with broken hip and needed around the clock care! I said I will come next day and write a check , in which I did. If I could give a ZERO rating I would. My father was admitted here after having surgery. Because he need a lift to get in and our of bed they would just leave him in bed all day. They claimed he was in mental and physical decline. Because my dad has double medical coverage they billed both insurances with all kinds of therapy claims. Even for therapy they claim they provided him when he was physically not even in the facility! They provided no written paperwork at any time which is required by law. DO NOT SEND a love one here. They almost killed my brother in law. When we finally had them send him to the hospital he was on deaths door. He was dehydrated, his blood sugar was exceptionally low, he was hallucinating, and his body temperature was below 90 degrees. The Nurse Practitioner initially wanted to keep him a few more days.
