RecommendedI talked with an agent from 1800Warranty, because I needed diagnostic testing on a car I'd recently bought. A business refused to change my oil because of sounds he heard from my engine so I called 1800Warranty. I got a claims number, a listing of places to take my car, a contact number for the mechanic to call and discuss repairs. All of the anxiety I felt at the beginning of my call was gone by the time I hung up, that's just how professional and kind they are.
I have not had good customer service. I can never get a hold of anyone in charge. My claims adjuster has not done anything and I can't hold him accountable.

What a dishonest company! When I purchased this warranty plan I disclosed that I had a Canadian made vehicle because when they asked for mileage I had to give it to them in kilometers and they converted it. Now my vehicle needs repair and they will not authorize repairs to be made because I did not purchase a Canadian made vehicle waiver which was never disclosed to me at the time I purchased the warranty.
