Great neighborhood Staff at this property are friendly. Maintenance is responsive, and the location can't be beat. Telecommuters may find challenges such as noise and water shut off due to ongoing construction. Since management controls whether we get A/C or heat, there may be a few hot/cold nights as the seasons transition. Overall, an average apartment experience for NW DC!
Meridian Towers Older building with great staff. Apartments have been renovated and are a great size for studios and 1 bedrooms. The only downside is that there is always a lot of construction going on but it comes with the territory as they are trying to upgrade most apartments and the exterior of the building to cater to residents.
Verified Renter The building and community are nice enough, but my apartment smells like weed and cigarettes when my neighbor smokes. The maintenance staff is very helpful and professional.
