Took my Bruce on an emergency basis and they were very attentive & saw him right away. Staff took the time to explain how to administer meds & treatment at home. I like the way we were treated so much that I made an appointment for another one of my dogs to be see next week.
I have taken my two labs here for 2 years after a horrific experience elsewhere in Westover. Dr. Baumel has taken my girls and treats them like his own. He is so gentle and kind. Our dogs really appreciate his gentleness.
Vincent, the manager, helped me with all my needs. We are very grateful as customers for over 10 years. Thank you.

‘My dog seems to be very comfortable around Dr Ruiz, possibly because he’s so patient with him. Dr Ruiz is definitely the reason I have remained a client since we have moved and no longer live close to the location. There are lower priced vet clinics, however I haven’t found another vet like Dr. Ruiz. He is kind, and shows concern, and compassion, for my very anxious and sometimes, not so friendly, fur baby. Thank you Dr Ruiz for always taking such good care of Chico!’
The staff where very accommodating and got my service dog in right away. Everyone genuinely seemed to care about our wellbeing
I took my little guy(cat) in with crystals I found they have the best service that I have experienced in San Antonio. They are awesome they took such good care of my boy. He was clean every time I went to visit him he was in for almost a week Dr Ruiz called me everyday to let me know what’s going on they are the best. Believe me if they take out the time to call you that’s a plus and you can visit plus plus. And they made sure that he was ok and clean of crystals. THANK YOU SO MUCH TO THE STAFF you guys are awesome �
