For anyone looking for a Vet reconsider your choice before coming here! My dog had been seen by them since he was a puppy he had a growth on his tail they told me not to be concerned about and now he is 2 years old and it’s grown and when I took him back the only option they gave me was to amputate his tail!! Yet they knew about the growth from day one before it grew out of control! RecommendedUp until this point my experience has been great with this location. I say that because now they wont approve my dogs flea and tick meds even though I am out of doses they state they already approved back in June but that is not true. they denied me 4 times stating I needed to bring my dog in for her annual visit. AVOID THIS PLACE!! Hello, malpractice? Hello, accountability? Hello, compassion? None exist at St. Francis of Assisi Veterinary Medical Center. Long story short, they left the needle, IV catheter, and line wrapped and attached to our dog’s leg after discharge!!! We had taken our dog here for years. During a recent dental cleaning visit, we did propofol because of our dog’s age. We took every precaution and spent every expense to make this as easy on our fur baby as possible. 👎👎Do NOT go here & waste your money like I did!!! I paid to get a blood allergy test for my dog to draw her blood and tell me what food she was allergic to, and it was a fake incorrect test. You cannot take a blood test to determine food allergies for a dog. The test told me she was allergic to peanuts, corn, beets, bananas, & rice. I discovered on my own she ended up being allergic to chicken & her skin is finally perfect. Saw Napoleon on an emergency near closing time and took the time needed to help him ans did not rush us out. I am so greatful
We had to put down our precious 11 yr old dog, Ruby, last summer! They were amazing! Would never go to another vet again!

Have been going to this clinic for about a 2yrs now. Have had no issues with them when I had to put my cat to sleep last May they were very sympathetic n caring. I had taken another cat yesterday for a checkup all went well except for the fact that they didn't have the appointment scheduled even thou i had called about a month prior
