RecommendedI called in on last Thursday evening and spoke with the doctor in KC. Very good conversation with knowledgeable doctor for about 20 minutes for authorization. I went for the pro service where they filed with the state of MO for me. About twice the price BUT today Wednesday I got my full card from them in email less than a week after. Worth it to be legal.
