Cannot recommend 4G Electrician enough! We’ve had several projects this winter, from ceiling fan installations to a switch that wouldn’t switch to an outdoor outlet that needed better protection from the elements. Each visit we’ve been very happy with the work and their responsiveness, but I’m most pleased with the customer service, which is a lost art these days. Kris and Angel are GEMS. Angel was amazing today and I’m so glad I found 4G Electrician! He installed a plug for our oven (as the power had been hardwired directly to the oven previously) and he was not only thorough but quick and informative as well. He had to cut into the Sheetrock and cleaned up everything before leaving, which was a nice touch. Called at 9am and he was out to our home by 2:30pm, which was so helpful after Home Warranty taking two weeks to decide they wouldn’t cover it.
Sometimes our life go though some tough times but we should try and hold on. 4G partially cut a water pipe while installing an electrical connection for a lighted vanity mirror. They then just put some silicon on it and closed up the connection. Well 6 months later the water leak happen. 4G will not return phone calls or respond to emails to get resolution.
