Going to begin this with one star. Salesman was nice, prompt and pleasant. Scheduling, on the other hand - unsatisfactory. I was told a day and potentially another day as two types of flooring were being installed. The evening before I was told the window of arrival would be between 8 and 11 am. I received a call the day of at 9:15. My materials had not arrived so they were asking to push back the install at least one week. i had taken off work, moved everything out of rooms per the brochure. 50 Floor salesman was quick to respond to our request . After signing the contract they were quick to start the install. I wasn't really happy with the installation as there was damage to walls, doors and furniture. Trying to get satisfaction from 50 Floor has taken almost 8 weeks now and we still haven't gotten a check. Please think twice about doing business with this company., first day. They had to put skim coat on tile floor before installing LVT. It wasn't drying as fast as they hoped so they left about noon... read more
