I have been trying to reach this company to fix an issue they created when they sent incompetent floor installers to do a very expensive job. They did the floor itself OK but they sucked at trim work. I get email replies that my request has been received but I do not get any live person to talk to me. I regret saying this company stands by their promise to make things right. They might do that IF you can ever get them to actually return your calls ....; an issue that should never have happened in the first place. SUPER DI... read more

Easy to schedule an appointment for an in-home estimate. Salesperson on time and answered all questions. He provided contact information should I have additional questions. Made it a point to communicate that 50Floor is all about the customer experience, which I felt in the process. Installer was easy to work with. They were fast and efficient! The quality was top notch! I love my new flooring! Thank you, 50Floor!

I wrote a bad review recently but I wanted to give this company a little justice because they did come back and fix what was done wrong in the beginning. Sooo this is only a 4 star review only because this whole issue should have not happened in the first place. There was an obvious communication gap between the company managers/sahedulers and the installers to start the issues. I wrote a review about a month ago that was only 3 stars because the installation of the baseboard trim on my floor was unsatisfactory to say the least. The installer manager did come out & "fixed" some of the issues-but was not a 100% fix. Then last week on 5/17 I received a call from the CX Manager who left me a message to see what he could do to help resolve the issue. I called him back 7 min later & left message about my experience and my thoughts on how to make this right. That was a week ago. I called again on Friday ... read more

We had LVP flooring installed about 2 years ago and we had issue and they had to come back out and replace them due to not be installed correctly. We had the new floors installed in July of 2024 and since then the floors are coming apart and they are now refusing to fix them. I will never use 50 floor again. When we purchased the flooring we asked them if they LVP was wheel chair friendly and was told yes. But the flooring is coming apart. They do not stand behind there work.

The salesman was knowledgeable and helpful. The product seems to be appropriate quality. Was not impressed with the installers. Based on the info the salesman gave me regarding how awesome the installers were, that influenced my decision for 50Floor. The installers were nice but were not timely, did not clean up as advertised and were not careful with my furniture
