Easy to schedule an appointment for an in-home estimate. Salesperson on time and answered all questions. He provided contact information should I have additional questions. Made it a point to communicate that 50Floor is all about the customer experience, which I felt in the process. Installer was easy to work with. They were fast and efficient! The quality was top notch! I love my new flooring! Thank you, 50Floor!

I wrote a bad review recently but I wanted to give this company a little justice because they did come back and fix what was done wrong in the beginning. Sooo this is only a 4 star review only because this whole issue should have not happened in the first place. There was an obvious communication gap between the company managers/sahedulers and the installers to start the issues. I don't think these installers were experienced in trim work very well & were genuinely surprised when they found out they were also installing my ... read more
