50 Floor replaced our kitchen floor in Dec 2021. By Feb 2022, tiles began loosen and would make popping sound as we walked across the floor. We called and informed them of this. Eventually, Jane came out and looked at the floor. They did re-do the floor but we noticed in July 2026 that the floor titles were coming up again. We texted them on July 1, 2026 about the issue to see if the repairs are covered and they informed us it was covered under the manufacturer warranty.
