I never write reviews, but felt compelled by the AMAZING customer service. My office ordered lunch to go from this location last week. I am a vegetarian, so I ordered a veggie wrap - when we got it to the office, it was actually a chicken and bacon wrap. I called in to ask if I could get the correct wrap and they were VERY helpful and apologetic; when I picked it up, they took my wrap off the bill and gave me free desserts for the mix-up.
