RecommendedI just have to say, I ordered via Uber Eats a blackened Salmon around 4:40 today (4/30/21) and it was cooked PERFECTLY. So whoever was the cook—somebody buy that man/woman a beer. You did a fine job. I was praying it wouldn’t be dry or overcooked! So good. 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽😍🤩
