food was great service sucked asked for another drink watch the waiter serve 3 other tables 20 minutes later after taking care of a big table comes to tell me they are having to find another bottle
54th is usually a great place to stop, but this new location has some issues with its' bar staff, and customer service. It was great when we first sat down, but once our order was in for dinner, and drinks served, that's where it ended. I ordered a 2nd beverage at the end of dinner, and for 30 minutes, our server walked right past us, and acted like we weren't even there. Could not get her attention to get our check, and when I did get someone else's attention, she acted like we were great imposition. May give this loc... read more
I had the Prime Rib french dip and it wasn’t tasty at all...the mac/cheese was good
I enjoy going to 54 Street but this location needs to work on it’s customer service. When I order drinks it appeared as if we were bothering the staff. When ordering some type of acknowledgement with a brief smile or a few words goes a million miles. I can almost guarantee that this location will no longer be a destination.
