The absolute worst location in San Antonio!!! ANY location is better than this one. Management showed today that they don't value customers. Good to know!! The only "acceptable" thing here was the waiter. He was ok. The food, however left a lot to be desired. We ordered 3 Blackened Salmon with extra seasoning and well done. I'm a member my tier is legend so clearly I spent a lot of time there close to 300 visits. This is the first time that I got tired of waiting because I wasn't served and I left. I waited almost 10 minutes so people coming in hitting the bar getting their drinks and now clearly I don't do the bar, but I sit in the high tops all the time first time that I didn't get served in a timely fashion and I know I shouldn't complain, but gosh so as I go over there, you would think you know

DO NOT EAT HERE. They gave us food poisoning!!! It was so bad I had to go to the hospital. When I called to tell them they blamed us. No accountability.

This 54th street is the absolute worse. I live 4 mins from here but drive all the way to the rim for better service. The bartenders are horrendous. They seem annoyed to be there doing their job. They don't work as a team. You have to let them know you're ready for another round or food, they hardly come up to you. Every time I go there it's complete disappointment. The carne asada was described as using rib eye but the meal was a couple of tacos with ground beef. The cost of the error was taken off. The women's restroom had no soap or even soap decanters nor towels or air dryer. The lack of soap may be a health code violation.

I bought their gift cards to check it out here in San Antonio, Texas, and they won't let you order online or even over the phone if you have a gift card. My gift cards were broken up as $25 each so I couldn't finish the order. So now I have to go there order it and sit there and wait for the food. I'll never go back there again no matter how good the food is.

Food is usually really good, but this time the ribs delivered by door dash were over cooked and dry. I would have sent these back if at restaurant. Service is pretty good.

Service was fast, food was delicious, and drinks were strong. This place is open late and has all the dangerously delicious greasy fried foods you crave at night. Not the healthy choice, but definitely an enjoyable one! The decor in this chain is a hodge podge of old wall hangings, old signs, airplanes, bumper cars, etc... it's hard to describe because you notice something crazy and new each time you visit one. Definitely a reliably consistent place that is a go-to for me and my friends for late meals.
