I don't know why people think this place is unacceptable. Great food, great service. This place is really really busy and turns a lot of customers and there might be occasionally somebody that doesn't get their order right. That's just something you got to deal with when you go out there on Friday or Saturday night.

Delicious!!! I ordered the sangria/margarita twist & definitely give that a 10!!! Food was fantastic as well and I’m not sure of our waitress’s name but she was the bartender as well and was lovely.

The service and food was by far the best I have ever received at a 54th Street! Our server was very attentive, and our food was hot, fresh and delicious!
Service is hit and miss. Yesterday our server was Ciara. She was a hit. Great service. Food is also hit and miss. Yesterday was a hit. Burgers cooked the way we requested, fries were hot! I could see the host stand from where I was sitting. Young woman working there was playing with her long dark hair. Took it down from an updo, ran her fingers through it and put It back up. GROSS! THIS IS A RESTAURANT! People are eating. She is grabbing napkin wrapped flatware and menus with her dirty hands!
We have always loved 54th in Lees Summit but lately the service has gone down hill on the restaurant side. We usually sit at the bar but lately had kids with us. The loyalty program is not working properly which is frustrating. I hope things change back. However the food is awesome !
