FANTASTIC from start to finish Nothing was too much trouble & I could not have been better looked after. Everything was explained & the outcome was in line with my goal. To eat normally again. One very happy lady.
My new lady dentist is the best. Feel confident going for my treatment with much less anxiety. However, at my last visit I was told I'd likely lose my NHS place due to two failed appointments. I had to prove that I had not failed any appointments and luckily had at hand what I needed to do so. It was down to your system and what had been entered on it which patients should not be accountable for. The receptionist dealt with it though but worrying all the same (especially with the lack of places).

Dentist very pleasant and engaged well with children. Only one chair to sit down on in dentists office - left us standing whilst we waited throughout the 45 minute appointment. Practice furnishing urgently needs updating. Tables and chairs look very worn and dated. Table in the waiting room in a terrible state with pvc wood fully peeling and hanging off.

We have now removed the table in reception and ordered more chairs for the surgeries. I don’t relish a dental visit at the best of times so my treatment was ok bearing this in mind. There was nothing offered in the way of aftercare & a clean up after the treatment as my face was covered in dust particles from the air flow. Given this was a private & not NHS treatment I was a little surprised by this.
Dentist was great but yet again the receptionist was not the most customer friendly you pay for the service you expect better. This undermines the excellent service provided by the dentist
It was a very poor experience this time around. Dentist was not caring, he just wants me to get out of the door, as it was near to his lunch time. He did only half of job and insisted me to make a further appointment. It would not have taken 1 minute extra to level of both inside teeth filling. When I try to complaint to the Practice Manager, she was not interested in my complaint, as I am a NHS patient. Got appointment yesterday 6/2/24 but didn’t do They said you got cold sore

Good Morning Javeria, We are unable to treat Patients with cold sores as they are contagious and spread easily. Our Practice policy is displayed in the waiting room and it is to protect both patients and staff. Hopefully it will heal up soon and your treatment can continue.
