Always professional
Lovely reception staff. Great Dentist and Nurse. Only issue is appointments are still being booked for upstairs. I am almost 80 with health issues and find those steep steps very difficult Receptionist kindly hsd my appointment brought downstairs.
Long term patient get on great with the owner tells me exactly what we are going to do when I attend not fun going yo dentist but we have a laugh he’s great really and so are his staff.
Made to feel at ease and everything was explained
Everyone was very friendly and very polite. They did everything I could to make sure I was comfortable in and out of the chair. The dentist explained everything they did before they did which really helped me relax in the chair.
The dentist & the nurse are absolutely amazing they make me feel so at ease every time I see them.
