Avoid 7 Souls Tattoo and Body Piercing at All Costs! I deeply regret stepping into 7 Souls Tattoo and Body Piercing in Fair Lawn, NJ. This place is not only unprofessional but shockingly unsanitary. If I could give zero stars, I would. From the start, I noticed red flags. While waiting, I overheard staff discussing whether they would clean their tools. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Lots of games are played and I would stay clear. My tattoo is uneven and I two of my piercings are a mess; I was treated less than. I never EVER write reviews but for everyone’s safety stay away from this place. I would never go back.

I asked for an industrial piercing. This is what I got, two separate cartilage piercings that DO NOT line up! She said I will have to put the bar in myself in two weeks. Not only should an industrial piercing be done in a straight line, but it should also heal for about 4 months before removing. Trying to get a bar in this is definitely going to be painful and because it’s not lined up, it will not be comfortable once it’s in either. Disappointed is an understatement. RecommendedStudio clean and pleasant, well set up for Covid. Artist, Sam, was amazing. Very knowledgeable and patient. We drove about an hour because my daughter saw her work in IG, well worth the trip. We will definitely be back. 🙂

I got an extremely poor quality tattoo done by Amanda. When I contacted her about this, she made excuses for the work. After a long run around I eventually got the email of the owner Guy. He agreed it was very poor quality and offered to have the shop manager fix it but literally said "sh*t happens" as an excuse. Once the tattoo healed I emailed again informing him that I wanted a refund of the tattoo, tip and deposit instead as there was no way to fix it aside from covering it up which would likely cost at least twice what... read more

RecommendedGreat shop and calming atmosphere. Samantha was my artist and I’ve gotten a tattoo done by her before and her work is spot on! I came back to get another tattoo and super pleased with the result! She really cared about what I wanted and made sure I was happy with the final result before starting. Would deff recommend this shop without hesitation!
