Hi Felicia we’re sorry you had this terrible experience but unfortunately we can’t find you as a customer in any of our databases you must have us confused with another shop.. Can you tell us when you were tattooed and who tattooed you? Thanks and I’ll look into it
Amanda and Guy were both inconceivably dishonest and unprofessional, which is not only a disservice to their customers but to any other artist who may miss out on business due to their behavior. I would not reccomend this franchise to anyone. I got an extremely poor quality tattoo done by Amanda. When I contacted her about this, she made excuses for the work. After a long run around I eventually got the email of the owner Guy. He agreed it was very poor quality and offered to have the shop manager fix it but literally said... read more
