This is a great place to live. I have lived at 7East for about six months. The building is great and the office staff is fantastic. They have stayed late so I could come pick up a package after work. They are very quick to respond to maintenance requests. They also organize community events at local restaurants with free food and drinks. These events are a great way to meet your neighbors. Great location- terrible management and complex Great location- terrible management! They do not care about their residents. I’ve been here for 2 yrs and during this past year we’ve been without water and electricity for a 1.5 weeks, flooding damage from above units with no corporation from management and they’ve been renovating/fixing damages for 6 months. Loud, Avergae - look elsewhere. Good location with access to trendy bars and dining, standard amenities for anything built since 2012. While you do have to pay for access to the garage, there’s plenty of parking. Although, I don’t recommend parking on the lower gated level as that gate is often left open and has resulted in alleged theft from other residents.
