Friends recommended this company. The appointment was easy to make and at a time convenient to me. Jackson arrived, explained what he was going to do, and proceeded to find and close areas where mice could possibly get in. He was friendly and explained everything he had done. Kevin came at the same time as Jackson. He checked the attic, basement and crawlspace to see if there was any mouse activity. He took pictures to show where he had checked. We have them come quarterly as a preventive measure and it is truly a fantastic company to do business with. The technicians who come to our home are kind and friendly, remember our family, and are understanding of any needs we have. If you are looking for a pest control company this is the one you want to choose. Stan and Jerry have been fantastic and the difference is noticeable.
We had them come out for a treatment and inspection because we were having any problems ! We were extremely happy with the service! Jerry Davis was our technician and he was amazing! Did a fabulous job and I would recommend them to anyone !
Couldn't be more satisfied with the service they provided. Brandon came out, very nice young man, and did all the exterior and interior needs to stop our rodent issue. He was thorough and efficient. I'm a facility mgr with a large corporation and am required to use one of the national pest control companies. I'd much prefer to us A-Action. Great experience from signing on, scheduling and performance. Thanks to Bridget, Nicky and Brandon!
Customer service rep/scheduler Nikki and the tech Kevin were both very helpful. They were able to quickly schedule Kevin’s visit and he was very professional in the wasp nest removal. Gave helpful information and advice which was greatly appreciated. Highly recommend!
