RecommendedMy Ginger girl had been having problems with a UTI. I took her to another vet and got her antibiotics but she was getting much worse. I called A Caring Heart and the one who answered the phone was so kind and got her an appointment within hours. I was so relieved. I knew right away that I had made the right decision. She had HUGH bladder stones I didn’t know what that was. They took her under their wings and recognized the seriousness of her situation and she had surgery the next morning. RecommendedA Caring Heart has always been so great to our family. But they really exceeded my expectations through the difficult experience of saying goodbye. Every staff person was so compassionate during the experience. But beyond that, I was so touched by the sympathy card I received in the mail. It was signed by all the staff and they included a sweet memento of my Jake. I was so touched by the gesture. Its that kind of extra touch that sets them apart.
