Called ahead to get our 2 year old dog seen for an emergency per the clinics instructionson on their page. He is lethargic, won't put weight on his back legs, seems bloated. Alyssa let me know they can't provide emergency services if you're not an established patient but she can see him in 4 days. I was under the impression the nature of an emergency usually means you can't wait 4 days, it requires immediate action. We just moved across country, we don't have an established vet.
Maybe care enough to see animals for emergencies especially when they have an appointment with your clinic already. The name definitely does not fit the clinic. I didn’t see anything Caring about this place with my experience.
Not A good place,over does the vaccines.Staff gave my dog too many while broading.Results dog became ill.

This is DeeDee. We are sorry you had this issue. We do require certain vaccinations for boarding, as we are a hospital also, and this protects your pet. We require DHPP/C, Rabies, Bordetella (kennel cough) and Canine Influenza. I looked to mark your account as having a vaccine reaction, but could not find a file newer than 2015.
