Will was fantastic -- knowledgeable, helpful, explained everything, and demonstrably honest. Extra bonus points for taking time to say Hi to our pets, as it's always great to meet another animal person. While we hope we won't need to call a plumber again, realistically we know we will, and we feel confident that we'll be well taken care of when we call A-fordable.

We, unfortunately, had another plumbing issue. Like the previous plumbers (Taylor and Anthony), Will was skilled, professional, friendly and customer oriented. He also provided information regarding another matter. As always, we were very pleased with A-Fordable.

Had a leak that was soaking into the drywall in the ceiling and one wall of a downstairs bathroom. It was a complicated and difficult plumbing job, as described in the quote; "Open wall to remove all leaking drain line covered in flex seal including Genova fitting and replace with new Genova new toilet drains and adapt to tub and shower drains. Will need to adapt lav drains as well as connection in wall is most likely flex sealed. Flex seal stops on stack about 6.5' down wall. Stack appears to be sch 30. Quote between $3,000... read more

The skilled plumber, Anthony, was professional, friendly and customer oriented. He provided information so that we could make an educated decision regarding what we wanted to have done immediately or in the future. As in the past, we were very pleased with Affordable.

So glad Will came. He's been here before and is knowing history of plumbing in my house. Thinking about plumbing issues, within this last year, all drains except for laundry tub, have been cleared. Was very surprised when I called to have inside and outside drains cleared to be done yesterday-took a lot of pressure off especially the outside outtake-tree roots again. Thank you and the advice you give settles one's mind.
