Hopefully things have changed since my experience awhile ago. I was told by the owner not to worry about unloading my armoires and drawers. I did unload everything but 1 armoire. The guys went into that room and after they took everything out, I walked in to see all of the contents from the armoire thrown into a pile in the middle of the floor.
