We moved last week from Melbourne to Sebastian. When they came out and quoted the moving price they gave us a suggestions on the best way to set up for them to work quickly. They charge by the hour and not by the weight. I was impressed that he would let me know the things that would make the move quicker which would save me money. This is literally the best moving company!!! I called today to see if it would be possible to get two movers to help move furniture from our apartment (which is on the THIRD story) and they send people out within a couple hours. They charged a good rate, worked really hard, took careful care of my stuff, and got it done really fast. They went above and beyond and I paid them an extra tip because they really deserved it. Travis, Dan, and Brendan moved my parents from one apartment to another across town. They were recommended by the assisted living facility we were moving to. The 3 of them were very quick, efficient and careful with everything. They packed, loaded, transported, unloaded and helped unpack and position whatever we needed. Couldn't have asked for things to go smoother than they did. Crew was polite and professional. No issues with making 2 delivery stops either.
I've used them twice, thus far. Yesterday, was particularly stressful due to COVID 19. They packed for me, since I couldn't go into the residence, and upon delivery they reassembled what was needed. 3 young guys. Professional and conscientious. They left a gorgeous red rose when all was done. This company has a very good business ethic, and their people follow suit.
