they are rude and unreliable and the guy that drives flatbed # 1 is a prick and they flip ppl off and rip ppl off THAT IS NOT ANY WAY TO DO BUSINESS. DO NOT GO THRU THIS COMPANY
I called this company today to get a tow for less then a mile away. I was told it would be $100. When I tell the guy Sunshine Towing towed me from Miami to Sunrise last night (approx 50 miles) for $90, he says BYE & hangs up on me! I call back. I explain to the guy how rude the other guy was & he says well do you want the tow for $100 or not?! They have their own contract with the police department and for that you would think that they charge you less but it’s actually more. The flat rate is $190 and they add adm fee of $30 + $24 a day when your vehicle is stolen. They close at 6pm and don’t open weekends but they will still put those days on your balance even tho you don’t really have the option to go pick up your vehicle. Got in a car accident in the morning and the Davie police had them tow my car while I was taken to the hospital. I went to release my car that same day to a repair shop and another towing company. Called the collision shop at 3:30 to inform them and they went to get the car. Superior towing is notorious for not releasing after 4 pm so the can charge more money. Got into a car accident last night and had to pay an arm and leg just to get my car back less than 24 hours after it being towed. The people at Superior were decent but I don't know how they sleep at night. Def not recommending them to anyone I know. If you get in a car accident ARRANGE YOUR OWN TOW!!
They have a connection with the police department to take people's car even when the injured has a tow truck to take it. They are rude on the phone and hang up on you. If you ask me is like an organized crime against humanity.

I don't recall ever using your service and I pray that I never have to. I was entering 95 north from Sheridan street just now and one of your drivers got behind me and honked and continued to honk until we were nearly at the Stirling Road exit. Completely unprofessional and not to mention dangerous. I hope this is an isolated incident that will be rectified.
