My house was shut down for 6 days without use of a shower or toilet, couldnt find a company willing to come out to help us. We have 3 children ages 6-1 and I finally called A1 which is an hour away had no problem and came out right away no hesitation. As much as the bill sucked especially before Christmas myself and my family can’t thank “Rob” enough for what he did. We are back up and running and looking to get further work down by “Rob” and the company.

A1 was very quick to respond to my request to investigate a sewer line problem. They booked me for an inspection within 2 working days and arrived as scheduled. Steven S was very polite and professional explaining in detail the issues found. The team has begun the process to dig up and replace a part of the main sewer line which has been compromised. Jeff was very understanding concerning the need to rectify the issue quickly and prevent further line blockages.
I had John from A1 plumbing come out to change the UV light and filter for my watersoftener on October 26th. He actually arrived before the scheduled time which was perfect for me. he was friendly thorough, and knowledgeable. Thankyou . I recommend A1 as the place to deal with.
