Great service. I was able to book a same-day appointment the first time I called. They texted me a picture of the person arriving for the service call. I was advised when he was half an hour out. After the work was completed, a small issue required the company to come back, which they arranged within two days. They guarantee their work. They provided an upfront quote. Everything is explained and written out. Can't ask for more.
I would definitely recommend this company to anybody in the Northumberland and Quinte West region. They know what they're doing, they answer quickly, work efficiently, they are professional and polite, and put their money where their mouth is, with solid guarantees and return visits if required.
