I like the staff and dentist that I dealt with. I like that they will begin the treatment the same day as the exam. I didn't like that it was almost an hour after our appointment time before we were called back but I understand it is because they start treating most patients the same day even if the appointment was just a check up.

wait is too long our apt was at 9am. we arrived on time. we sat in waiting room for 1 hour before being called back. waiting room backed with people. we schedule our cleanings in the mornings so we can be seen and get to school and work. It took at15 mins in the chair. then it took forever to check out we left with out scheduling a follow up apt. we were in the office a total of 2 hrs for 2 cleanings. way too long we will be looking for a new childrens dentist.

Appointments shouldn't have to be time consuming but rather organized and better timing between clients for Dental checkups.

My last visit with my children I waited 2 1/2 hours to be called back. Usually it is not this long but this was really annoying and inconsiderate of my time and my value.

Considering this is the only dentist office close is why I keep bringing my kids back. I find it very unnecessary, also aggrivating to schedule an appointment and wait an hour or more after appointment time to be called back. Then there's a 10-20 minute wait to see dentist. The dentists and assistants are wonderful with my children. I just can't stand the unnecessary long wait for a 20-30 minute visit with dentist, please please work on this issue
