Horrible agent. I've been with State Farm for 40 years and have never had such a horrible agent before. Beware;
Had Danial Parashitti as my agent for a couple of years now, always a pleasure to work with. Gets things done efficiently, 5 stars.
Worst customer service. We had a crash and called them to ask for assistance. The lady tells me that their only purpose is to sell insurance to customers and they dont want to get involved in the claims process for a hundred people. Never have dealt with such a arrogant agent before in my life ! Planning to change my insurance from them soon to another agent.
