Very dissatisfied!!! Bought Kabinart Cabinets for our kitchen. Upon receipt most of the cabinets either had dings or finish issues. Representatives from both Aaron and Kabinart came out to our house to inspect the cabinets. We were told at the time the problems would be either fixed by replacing or correcting the finish issues. Replacements came incorrect or missing doors etc. Representative from Aaron told us we bought mid quality cabinets so therefore we should accept the problems?!! Unacceptable!! Shame on you Aaron!! Hi Lauren, I have looked into you situation and from my understanding Kabinart has sent the parts they deemed should be replaced by the installing contractor you hired. Their determination is the other perceived imperfections will be better served to have a re-finisher work on at your home. As stated in the sign-off documents you received, the style of cabinet you purchased, painted wood cabinets, by nature do show some off the natural imperfections of the wood. We bought a brand new Bradford White Defender 50gallon hot water heater a MONTH ago and had a deficient igniter. While we realize that this happens at times although very frustrating we called Aaron's immediately after realizing the igniter was bad. Our plumber confirmed we received a unit with a faulty igniter which was the day of purchase.
