Extremely professional. Made selling my fathers apt a pleasure. Has put together a very professional team to handle th sale and every thing was handled superbly . Met with Aaron to show him the unit and from that moment on he handled everything. we discussed market and comps and came to price to ask and was spot on. I cannot express how much Arron Novello and the entire Novello Group helped me in the sale of my father's home. I am a NJ resident and not familiar with FL real estate and Aaron and his team made the sale of my father's condo the easiest part of settling his estate. He provided service that was above and beyond the call of a real estate agent. The condo sold in less than a week for asking price and we were able to close long distance with the help of Aaron and his team.

Aaron Novello was a consummate professional. He was knowledgeable, responsive, friendly, and caring. This property was located in a different state than where we live, so we needed much assistance. Aaron helped us in many ways, from connecting us with an attorney to help with a needed eviction, to someone to clean out the property, to finding an exterminator. He made this difficult situation manageable, and was always pleasant. He found a buyer quickly and we closed quickly. I highly recommend Aaron Novello and his staff.

I would highly recommend Aaron Novello and his group as a realtor. We were out of town sellers and had to rely heavily on a lot of communication, via phone calls and emails.
