Missi really went above and beyond as far as responding to questions and getting paperwork printed and signed when my printer was packed up. She met me more than half way on occasion to get things signed. She did all this while bringing finger guns back and respecting socal distancing guidelines in the before times when you could go outside. Covid 19 turned the world upside down, but because of her hard work we were able to focus on getting moved into our house before the outbreak got bad. Jessica and Loretta have been absolutely amazing from start to finish! We’d just gotten jobs in Washington and were moving there in 6 months so we were a little nervous about the entire process. Aaron and his team (specifically Loretta) were great! They always responded promptly when I had a question and since we hadn’t bought a house for so long we didn’t know how most things were done. Aaron was so good at explaining things to us and he didn’t make me feel like I was incompetent when it came to some questions that were probably ones that I should have known the answers to.
