I have used Capstone for two mortgage loans. In the first instance I was able to pay it off after selling my previous home and everything went smoothly. In the second instance I arranged to have a mortgage with a high monthly payment but planned to recast the loan when I sold my previous home. However, Capstone sold my loan to a large corporation which would not recast the loan.
