Abbey Carpet was very professional, very helpful, got all of our needs met quickly and efficiently and supplied us with a fantastic rug! They were flexible with us changing our minds and gave great information(as we know nothing about carpeting)! We have 5 kids, and everyone loves the new soft carpet! Installation was great, they worked hard and the team never even stopped for lunch. It took 2 days to install the entire upstairs and stairs of our house. And we are very happy with everything!
We stopped by the showroom and Bob showed us various options, answered our questions and let us take some samples to see them at home. He came out to our house multiple times before and after the installation. The installation teams were great. We are very happy with the flooring choices, the installation, and how it looks in our home. I hired the Abbey team to refinish and install new flooring in a 4400 sq ft space. The home had the outdated orangey floor look and I wanted a darker modernized feel to our home. Not only were they attentive to details, they were punctual and the installation process was seamless. More importantly, they treated us with respect and placed a premium on getting the job completed to our satisfaction. If I could leave them a 10-star review I would.
Abbey Carpet and Flooring is not only affordable but very high quality. I did a quote from 3 places and they beat the price by $3,000. They installed carpet in 3 bedrooms, did a large area rug and a fabulous stairway runner. I will use them again, they were professional, patient and knowledgeable.
Wanting to replace the floor in 2 rooms of my home I went to 2 places looking for what I had in mind. Abbey Carpet and Flooring was the 2nd place I went to. Tara greeted me in the most friendly manner. She was extremely helpful, she understood my needs and explained how their process works. I found the hardwood I liked in the showroom.
