My house is 17 years old and was time to update the floors. I tried Home Depot and Abbey Carpet and Design. Allow me to say I am a Procurement manager and found Abbey Carpet and Design to be Best Value as they offer one stop shopping without Subcontractors and price was less. Abbey Carpet and Design personnel are professional and friendly. Plus Abbey Carpet and Design is a Small woman owned business!

We had an outstanding experience from beginning to end for replacing our upstairs flooring and family room floor. We worked with Chris Clark at the Leesburg location. From selecting the floors to meet our specifications, to verifying our satisfaction with the installation and following up with the processing of our rebates, Chris was outstanding to work with. I undertook a major kitchen renovation! I selected Abbey Design Center in Leesburg, VA for this major undertaking. I met with Jimmy - the General Manager and he was exceptional! The Abbey Design team did a fabulous job remodeling our master bathroom. Not only did the designers have excellent ideas, but they were willing to incorporate our ideas into the project, providing professional guidance on what would work and what wouldn't. The installation team was fantastic with fine attention to details and craftsmanship. They were organized, efficient, and thorough. Our bathroom is now my favorite room in the house!

After a number of years in our home we finally decided to build out our basement. We did not have the first idea how to proceed. Jimmy and the entire team at Abbey guided us every step of the way and today we have a truly updated state of an art basement with more space and much greater functionality. Abbey completed a full renovation of our master bath. Zied was very professional, patient and offered several suggestions and ideas. We had been putting this off because we thought it would be a grueling process picking out tile, cabinets, granite, fixtures, a shower and toilet. Although the master bathroom project took a little longer, and more expensive than expected, the final project speaks for itself. Our master bathroom, together with our master bedroom, which we took on ourselves to remodel as well, are absolutely beautiful!! The workers, led by Roberto, were conscientious, detail-oriented, clean, courteous, and a true delight!! Abbey Floors recently installed stone tile in our foyer and hardwoods in the first floor of our home. From the moment we walked in to the showroom we felt welcomed by the staff. They gave us the privacy to look at Show Room at our own pace but were very responsive to our questions. I was having a hard time deciding on the selection of hardwood color.
