I had heard good feedback about this clinic so decided to take my two kittens there to be de-sexed. Everything went well and on top of the de-sexing I had them microchipped too. The whole thing came to just under $1000. I was told that both kittens would have a collar after the surgery to protect the stitches but in fact neither of them did. However I was told that if my female kitten was biting her stitches to pop in and pick one up. I have just done that and was charged a further $8.80 for the collar. When I said that I ... read more
I just wanted to say a huge thank you to Alice, Nick, David, Ashley, Tahlia, Karen and all the other team members of the Abbotts Vets for helping us out when my dog was pregnant. I've heard a lot of very good reviews about the practice and people who work there, and so glad we ran to Abbotts when there was an emergency. The team was very professional and I feel like we received the best care, advice, and support. I couldn't wish for a better help!
Ruby my German Shepherd came in to have a mass removed from her foot. Great service and Wonderful staff. We have been using AB vets for 7 years and always had great service 😀
I brought my beagle Taffy about couple of weeks ago for a check and was treated by vet Alice. Alice was friendly and professional. I then called in to book about a week ago for taffy's yearly vaccination which is today 20 May 2017. I had an unpleasant experience. The receptionist who accepted the booking booked me for 27 May instead. It was totally a waste of our time and petrol. Lastly not enough a word of sorry. RecommendedMy beautiful beloved Chocolate Lab ate a box of slug slam and the team at Abbotts Way managed him so wonderfully he was in terrible shape but their care and expertise was what kept him alive. Thank goodness they were so professional, I now I have my dog home and back to himself �
I want to say a huge thank you Abbotts Way Veterinary Clinic for your care of our dearly loved family cat, Gigi, who was 16 years old when she died recently with cancer. She was our sweet little treasure and we all miss her terribly. Your team members Nick and Natalie were so caring, compassionate and professional. I was quietly falling apart on the inside at that appointment. Saddest day ever. Your staff helped me through, thank you. I would and do highly recommend your clinic to anybody in the area needing a vet.
Just had the best experience here. We came for a second opinion and David was very thorough, didn't recommend expensive surgery and the receptionists were lovely - from the initial ph appointment and the actual visit.
