ABC Nissan is the Best! Every time i go to ABC Nissan i am greeted with a common courtesy and respect with absolutely no pressure to buy. The atmosphere is very much "a family" vibe. The hospitality is off the charts amazing and the follow up calls to check on me and how the car is performing or if i need anything are great as well. It is good to know that ABC Nissan is there when and if i need them. Tremendous service!!!

Great experience - Honest dealership and no up front BS I shopped around the various Phoenix area dealerships for the best deal on a new Rogue with specifics options already selected - ABC Nissan had a competitive quote but not 100% the best right off the bat - The reason I went went with them though is that not only were they the dealership closest to my home, they were honest and upfront - they pretty quickly said they'd be happy to beat any legitimate quote but weren't going to dink around with a million emails back and f... read more

Eddie Valdez - Service Recall I have been going to Nissan since two years ago and Eddie Valdez has been my service rep and has helped me a lot on making sure my Versa gets the oil changed, tires rotated and gets the proper attention my Versa needs. Service Recall William took complete care of me throughout the entire service experience. He explained the process, reviewed items that needed attention, and provided me with a detailed report that I could refer to at a later time. Service on my Nissan Sentra I was hesitant to take my vehicle to a dealership for an oil change. However I took a leap of faith and I must say it was the best decision I could have made! Edgardo Valdez was the person helping me a he did a stand up job with taking care of me. I love his energy and the love he has for his job and ensuring all of his customer are treated with nothing less than outstanding service. Now I feel confident to bring my vehicle back for future services. As long as edgardo is there, I’ll be there!!!

Easy and honestly working with the service department. I went in for recall work, they did the recall and tested everything making me feel safe I asked questions about a new vehicle and got surprisingly honest answers. I didn't buy my vehicle here but I will be buying my next one here.

Great experience and pricing I've been buying pricey Mercedes’ for the last 35 years so Mercedes has been my sole dealership experience....until yesterday.
