Had a lender in place that was taking over three months to get me to a close, these guys came in as I was getting worried about the seller suing for time of essence and got me to a close in about a week! I have bought three houses and used other lenders for my first two and looking bsck wish I knew Abdel back then. He worked super hard and was extremely diligent on this last lending process.
