Service was great. The menu item my wife and I both ordered was a bit spicy but was not noted as such on the menu. Having come from Louisiana and having eaten spicy food all my life, it wasn’t a big deal but for other with more delicate senses, it could have been an unwelcome surprise. Overall, I had as good a time here as last year.
We dined on the patio and enjoyed the band. The ambiance was pleasant. Our server was neither attentive or particularly friendly, which was disappointing. The food was average; seemed a bit over priced but perhaps on par for the nicest restaurant in a resort town. Our mushroom appetizer had a very heavy gravy that my husband liked but I did not. My pasta was quite tasty but my husband's pork chop was very thin for the price and overcooked, with unappealing sides.

Really enjoyed our food tonight. Steaks were great, drinks and sides were perfect! Our server Evelyn was amazing. Great place we’ve never tried in all these years of traveling to Hocha Town!
We were outside on the patio. The catfish had a muddy taste. We didn’t care for the coleslaw or tartar sauce. The chips, salsa, and guacamole were very good. The server was very nice. We’ll try somewhere else to eat next time.
We loved the food. We had the ribeyes, they were cooked just right. We like a good drink and they poor a good drink! We will definitely go back again!
New to visiting Hochatown. Read amazing reviews about this restaurant. We decided to try it to celebrate our anniversary. The filet meal was amazing! One of the best cooked and full of flavor filet!!! Amazing! Fun atmosphere. We sat inside but went outside to listen to live music once we ate. Overall good experience, would def recommend and will come back if in the area.
