I was looking for a place to dress up a little and have a good steak for date night. I thought I did my research, but maybe I was just expecting more. I knew we were in for a treat when we walked in to an Eminem rap song being played. The ribeye was thin and over cooked, but the Caesar salad was good. It says a lot when my wife didn’t even want to try any dessert. If you’re looking for a place to eat and have a few drinks this is it, but if you want good fresh food and a nice atmosphere, in my opinion, keep looking.

It took almost 2 hours to get our food. If we had been a walk in I would’ve understood. But we had reservations. The kitchen should’ve been more prepared.

Abendigo's Grill is always our "go to" restaurant to have a nice meal when in Hochatown visiting from Arkansas. We celebrated two occasions with 8 people dining and had an excellent meal and service.
This was a great venue for live music, but the food was very much sub-par and overpriced. We also felt very rushed by the staff to get in, eat quickly and leave, when we really wanted to stay and enjoy the music. The waiter brought our check when we were planning on ordering more drinks. Sad, but will not be returning.
Mixed bag review Appetizer split the Signature Southwest Chicken egg rolls (very good) 4 out of 5 Entrees I got the chicken fried steak (huge serving ate 1/2) 4.5 out of 5 Wife got the 8oz filet with the blue cheese, port wine reduction, with fried onion topper 2 out of 5 meat quality wasn’t there nor was the topping mixed veggie side was ok mashed potatoes also ok Drinks Mixed margarita 3 out of 5 Pineapple Jalapeño Margarita 3 out 5 Overall C+ as the appetizer and CFS saved the experience for us overall
