The repairman provided excellent service for our older model dryer. He was friendly and knowledgeable.
Allen was prompt, honest and fixed my whirlpool ice maker in a timely manner. I won't hesitant on calling Able again.
Excellent service. The repairman Mark was very prompt and completed my repair in a professional manner. He knew exactly what the problem was with my ice maker and how to resolve it. I was completely satisfied and will call Able Appliance If I need service on any appliance in the future.

Rarely- now days -am I truly impressed with any company but Able Appliance did impress me when Robert repaired my Samsung dryer quickly and at a very responsible price. No complaints- only the highest praise for this exceptional business that sincerely cares about the customers they serve so very well.
Able came out for a service call and was even a little early from my scheduled time. The service man called about 15 minutes ahead to let me know he was on the way. He very quickly looked at the freezer and determined the issue. He let me know what it was, what needed to be done and the cost. I gave him the go ahead and he had the problem fixed in no time. He wore a mask at all times and kept a safe distance except when I had to sign the work order and the payment. I would definitely call them again for service.

Other than getting caught up at an earlier job and being much later than planned, technician did a great job! Came prepared with the dryer repair part and completed quickly. Very friendly and felt comfortable with him in our home. Will definitely call again!
