I board my dogs here every time I leave town, the people here are amazing and super sweet! They even know my dogs by name =)
My dog had sliced her foot on some scrap metal. My husband and I got redirected three different times from three different vets around Lubbock. Until we were finally directed to this place. We could not have asked for a better vet. They had her stapled up, bandaged, and pills in our hands within about an hour. Nice and informative vet with great hours and most of all we did not get turned away, Going to this vet from now on.
Dr. Ford and Dr. Thomas are so caring. You can tell they definitely love their jobs and their furry patients. They both are always willing to answer all questions and take their time to make me feel better. We are always welcomed with open arms by all the techs and employees. Boots and Sandy love the attention! Boots is sometimes hesitant to be taken away from me but the techs always take their time to make her feel comfortable. Great vet. Would recommend to anyone.
Wonderful staff that is more than willing to work with you on the best care for your pet. Very clean and staff is always welcoming and makes me feel comfortable with leaving my pet all day with them. Thank you for everything you do!
