Yolanda was extremely amiable, professional, and made the renting process easy! This place has the best value for the amount of space you rent and I checked the entire desert, but nobody beats this place.
I am NO LONGER AND ABSOLUTELY dissatisfied with my experience at Absolute Self Storage use to be the most pleasant and helpful people when Nancy and Harvey managed the Storage Facility. My experience with Absolute Self Storage was mediocre at best, but I do want to acknowledge a specific employee who gave great customer service. Kaira was great and worked with me during my move out. The storage unit itself was full of sand, lights didn't work in the unit so I dont think I would rent there again but I am glad there is someone there who cares. I give the storage 3 stars but the customer service 5.
They were great! Yolanda was very kind, helpful, and flexible, everything was thoroughly explained, the lot is very clean and the rates are reasonable! Definitely take your business there
I am ABSOLUTELY satisfied with my experience at Absolute Self Storage. The prices for administrative costs are the lowest I've seen, and my there was a great special price for my immaculate storage space. The entire premises are kept clean, with Harvey, one of the proprietors, riding around on a little street sweeper. Keeping the driving areas clean next to a cement factory can't be easy.
